Register online for ResMan, our resident portal. Click here to sign in.
Upload any pending documents and contracts.
Renter's Insurance
If you don’t already have coverage, click here to enroll in an ePremium renters policy.
If you already have coverage, click here to upload your policy to the system.
If you have your own 3rd party insurance, please notify them to add the following interested party and address below:

Utilities
Set up electricity with FPL - Florida Power & Light Electric Service.

Payments
Payments should be submitted online via email with the ResMan Portal or through money order or cashier’s check made out to AHS at Biscayne Village, LLC.
ON MOVE-IN
Step 1 - Parking
Park in the future resident lot located in front of the leasing office.
You will receive your official parking access at the leasing office.
Step 2 - Stop by the Leasing Office
One of our agents will provide the following:

Community Access
Amenities Access
Mail Key
Parking Access
Step 3 - Dispose Move-In Boxes
Fold-flat all move-in boxes and dispose of them in the dumpsters located throughout the property.
For garbage larger than a trash bag, schedule a bulk waste pickup with Miami Dade County here.

Pool is Sunrise to Sunset
Children under 14 years of age must be always supervised by an adult.
Guests are only allowed in the recreational areas if accompanied by a resident.
Only 2 guests per unit allowed.
Our community is a non-smoking community (no vapes, no electronic cigarettes, no hookah, no marijuana, no conventional cigarettes)
Balcony and Patio Use
Only balcony furniture allowed.
Do not hang clothes or laundry on the balcony railings.
Do not use your balcony for storage.
Do not throw garbage from your balcony.
Do not have a barbecue nor any type of grill on your balcony.
Trash Disposal
Dumping of rubbish in the common areas is strictly prohibited.
All trash must be placed inside the dumpster.
Please keep common areas always clean.
Pets
Pets should be always kept on a leash within the community including common areas.
Pet Owners are responsible for their pet at all times. Pet stations are conveniently available throughout the community to keep all grounds clean.
Owners of pets deemed to make an unreasonable amount of noise and or nuisance will be issued with a notice of violation and applicable penalties.
Noise and Nuisance
Littering, loitering, soliciting, or obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated in any portion of the community.
Residents must be considerate to others at all hours, in the operations of radios, television, musical instruments, or any other items, to ensure the sound does not disturb others.
Noise is considered to be too loud if it can be heard by or disturb your neighbor.
Please respect one another including our staff and not limited to our maintenance and leasing office
