Resia Biscayne Drive is excited to offer thoughtfully designed apartments tailored to fit your lifestyle. In addition to our market-rate residences, we’ve reserved a select number of apartments for our Workforce Housing Program supporting essential professionals who help our community thrive.

What is Workforce Housing?

Our Workforce Housing Program provides affordable living options for individuals and families whose income does not exceed 140% of Area Median Income (AMI) based on the income limits published by Florida Housing Finance Corporation.

  • 1 person: $111,300
  • 2 people: $127,120
  • 3 people: $142,940
  • 4 people: $158,900
  • 5 people: $171,640
  • 6 people: $184,380

How do I Apply?

Getting started is easy!
These designated units are denoted by WFH followed by the AMI limit.
To apply, you’ll need:

  • A completed application for every household member aged 18 or older
  • Proof of income for all working household members
  • Additional documentation as required based on individual circumstances
  • Rental history or residential verification for the past two years, if applicable
